At Black Beech Honey Co we are dedicated to ethical and sustainable practices within beekeeping. We ensure that the bees we source both our New Zealand & Australian Honey from are well looked after, no substitution involved in their management (no artificial sugar feeding etc) and importantly that their environment & health is thriving, not surviving. 

We are committed to following the process from the beehive to you, guaranteeing the quality of our honeys.

Our range of honeys include Berringa High Potency Manukas through to everyday use honeys with the full Berringa Manuka Range, Berringa Eucalyptus, Honeycombs and New Zealand's amazing Orohaki Black Beech Honeydew. Honeydew is a rare form of Honey, where bees forage from pristine native Black Beech forests, on sap secreted in a symbiotic process, creating honey NOT made from flower nectar!!  Impressive properties (10 x mineral content of floral honeys to name one!) and a depth of flavour, richness & texture loved by anyone blessed with a taste!
